Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the RivetPath website, including its content, demonstrations, booking tools, and general information about RivetPath services.

Effective date: July 23, 2026

1. Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.

2. Website purpose

This website provides:

  • General information about RivetPath
  • Examples of possible website, CRM, lead-management, and follow-up systems
  • General package and starting-price information
  • A way to schedule an introductory lead-review meeting

The content on this website is informational. Browsing this website or its content does not, by itself, create a client relationship with RivetPath.

4. Services and project scope

Service descriptions on this website are general examples. Final deliverables, timeline, responsibilities, revisions, support, software requirements, price, and payment schedule will be defined in a written proposal, service agreement, or Statement of Work.

5. Starting prices and payment information

Prices shown on this website are starting prices or illustrative package pricing unless expressly stated otherwise. Final pricing may depend on:

  • Project scope
  • Complexity
  • Existing systems
  • Required integrations
  • Content requirements
  • Third-party software
  • Ongoing support

This public website does not currently process payments or collect payment-card details.

6. No guaranteed business results

RivetPath does not guarantee:

  • A specific number of leads
  • Increased sales or revenue
  • Conversion rates
  • Search-engine rankings
  • Appointment volume
  • Customer response rates
  • Business profitability
  • Uninterrupted operation of third-party software

Results depend on factors outside RivetPath’s control, including the client’s market, offer, reputation, advertising, pricing, staff response, sales process, customer demand, and third-party services.

7. Demonstrations and portfolio examples

This website may include fictional demonstration businesses, sample customer information, simulated workflows, example CRM records, and example forms, messages, deals, tasks, and notifications.

Coastal Coat Painting, currently shown on this website, is one such fictional demonstration.

  • Demonstrations illustrate RivetPath’s capabilities.
  • A fictional demonstration is not represented as a paying client.
  • Fictional names, inquiries, amounts, and business records are not real customer data.
  • Demonstration outcomes are not guarantees of future results.

8. Third-party platforms and services

Visitors and future clients may interact with third-party services used to operate this website and RivetPath’s business, including:

  • HubSpot
  • Google Calendar
  • Google Meet
  • Google Workspace
  • Vercel

These services have their own terms and privacy practices. RivetPath does not control their availability, policies, pricing, security, or future changes, and temporary outages or changes to third-party services may affect website or scheduler functionality. RivetPath is not an official partner, reseller, or representative of these companies.

9. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, this website’s text, branding, visual design, graphics, demonstrations, workflow explanations, original media, and the arrangement and presentation of that content are owned by or licensed to RivetPath.

You may view this website for personal or internal business evaluation. You may not copy, republish, sell, scrape, or misrepresent this content; remove ownership notices; use RivetPath branding without permission; or present RivetPath’s demonstrations as another company’s work.

RivetPath does not claim ownership of third-party trademarks, interfaces, or software referenced on this website. Third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to use this website to:

  • Violate applicable law
  • Attempt unauthorized access to this website or its systems
  • Introduce malware or harmful code
  • Disrupt website operation
  • Scrape or harvest personal information
  • Impersonate another person or business
  • Submit false or abusive booking information
  • Infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights
  • Misuse the booking scheduler for spam

11. Communications and meeting bookings

When you book a meeting or contact RivetPath through this website:

  • You must provide accurate information.
  • RivetPath may send transactional confirmations, reminders, rescheduling information, and responses related to your inquiry.
  • Optional marketing communication is governed by your consent choices and our Privacy Policy.
  • RivetPath may cancel or reschedule meetings when reasonably necessary.
  • Repeated fraudulent, abusive, or spam bookings may be blocked.

13. Website availability and changes

RivetPath may update website content, change service descriptions, modify starting prices, add or remove demonstrations, temporarily suspend parts of the website, or correct errors at any time. RivetPath does not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.

14. Disclaimer of warranties

To the extent permitted by applicable law, this website and its public content are provided on an “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind beyond those that cannot legally be excluded.

15. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, RivetPath is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising solely from use of or inability to use this public website.

Specific responsibilities and liability terms for paid work are governed by the separately signed Client Service Agreement, not by these public website Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for intentional misconduct, fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded.

16. Indemnity

These public website Terms do not include an indemnification clause. A tailored indemnity provision, if applicable, will be addressed in the signed Client Service Agreement for paid work.

17. Privacy

How RivetPath collects, uses, stores, and shares personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

18. Children

This website is designed for businesses and adults and is not directed to children under 13.

19. International access

This website can be accessed from different countries. Visitors are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to their own use of the website.

20. Applicable law and disputes

RivetPath’s legal entity has not yet been formed, so a specific governing state or country has not yet been established for these Terms. These Terms are subject to applicable law, and nothing in these Terms limits any legal right that cannot be waived. This section will be updated once RivetPath’s legal entity and governing jurisdiction have been finalized.

21. Changes to these Terms

RivetPath may update these Terms as the website, business, services, or legal requirements change. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page.

22. Severability and no waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply where legally possible. If RivetPath does not immediately enforce a provision, that does not mean RivetPath waives the right to enforce it later.
