Turn every estimate request into a tracked next step.
RivetPath connects your lead capture, CRM, sales pipeline, follow-up tasks and notifications so new inquiries move through one organized process instead of depending on spreadsheets, inboxes and memory.

Where estimate requests usually get lost
The same inquiry can arrive five different ways. Without one connected process, each path handles it differently.
Before RivetPath
Website form

Text messages
Handwritten notes
Each channel is handled differently, so a request can sit unseen while follow-up depends on someone remembering.

How It Works
What happens after a lead comes in
The same four steps run every time, whether the request comes from your website, an ad, or a form you already use.
- 01
The request comes in
A homeowner submits an estimate request from your website, an ad, or a form you already use.
- 02
The system organizes it
RivetPath creates or updates the customer record and opens a sales opportunity in your CRM.
- 03
Your team is notified
The right person is notified immediately, and a follow-up task is assigned with an owner and a due date.
- 04
The customer stays informed
The homeowner gets a confirmation, so they know their request was received and what happens next.
System
What RivetPath builds
Every implementation includes the same core system. What changes is which CRM, lead sources, and pipeline it's built around.
Every system includes
- One connected lead source, CRM, and pipelineConfigured and mapped to how you already sell, not a template you have to adapt to.
- Contact and opportunity automationNew leads become CRM contacts and sales opportunities automatically, and the two are linked.
- A follow-up task for every opportunityEach new lead is assigned a next action, so follow-up doesn't depend on memory.
- Internal notificationThe person responsible for follow-up is alerted the moment a request comes in.
- Customer confirmationHomeowners get an immediate, professional response so their request isn't left unanswered.
- Testing, documentation, and a walkthroughYou see it working with real test leads before launch, and you know how to use it afterward.
Adapted to your business
RivetPath doesn't ask you to switch CRMs or change how you sell. The system is built around the CRM, forms, and pipeline you already use — or a simple setup we help you choose if you don't have one yet. RivetPath is built first for residential painting contractors, and the same system can be adapted for other home-service businesses.
Common add-ons
- Additional lead sources
- Additional pipelines or users

See the system in action
Coastal Coat Painting is a sample residential painting company built specifically to demonstrate how a RivetPath system works, end to end. Step through the workflow below.
Fictional demonstration
Coastal Coat Painting is a fictional contractor business created to demonstrate how RivetPath can capture, organize, and follow up with estimate requests. Names, inquiries, CRM records, amounts, and results shown are simulated. This is not a paying-client case study or a guarantee of future results.
Step 1 of 7
Estimate request submitted
- What happened
- Sophia submitted her project details and contact preferences through the Coastal Coat website.
- What RivetPath configured
- A structured estimate form captures the information the contractor needs before the first call.
- Why it matters
- The business receives complete, organized lead information instead of an incomplete message or missed phone call.
MEET THE FOUNDER
You’ll work directly with the person building your system.

Kaleb McCarty
Founder, RivetPath
I created RivetPath to help home-service businesses build a clearer path from the moment an estimate request arrives to the moment someone follows up.
My background is in banking, customer outreach, sales, and managing high-volume customer conversations. That experience showed me how quickly a valuable opportunity can disappear when information is scattered, ownership is unclear, or the next action is never assigned.
RivetPath combines practical websites, CRM organization, and automated follow-up into systems that are designed around how a contractor actually handles new business.
Business and customer experience
Bachelor of Business Administration from Florida Atlantic University, with professional experience supporting customers and managing important financial relationships.
High-volume outreach experience
Hands-on experience managing large volumes of customer outreach, follow-up activity, and sales conversations in remote business environments.
Direct founder involvement
No handoff to an unknown account manager. Kaleb personally plans, builds, tests, and explains each RivetPath system.
When you work with RivetPath, you work directly with me—from the initial lead review through planning, implementation, testing, and handoff.
Pricing
Three ways to start, one transparent scope.
Every engagement begins with one of three defined starting packages. Full scope and deliverables for each are outlined above in Ways to Work With RivetPath.

About
Who's building your system
Kaleb
Founder, RivetPath
RivetPath is built and implemented directly by me. There's no account manager and no handoff to a separate implementation team — the person on your call is the person who configures your system, tests it, and walks you through it.
Want to see the work before you talk to me? Review the Coastal Coat demonstration above — it's the same kind of system your business would get.
What happens after you book a call
- 1
We talk through your process
A 20-minute call to understand your lead sources, your CRM (or lack of one), and where follow-up currently breaks down.
- 2
You get a scoped plan
A clear description of what will be built, what it costs, and the timeline — before you commit to anything.
- 3
We build and test it
Implementation typically takes 7–14 business days, tested with real test leads before it goes live.
- 4
You get a walkthrough and 14 days of support
You see exactly how the system works, and I'm available if anything needs adjusting after launch.
