This Privacy Policy explains how RivetPath collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you visit our website, book a meeting, communicate with us, or use our services.

  • The embedded HubSpot meeting scheduler on our booking page

Our booking page (/book) uses HubSpot’s meeting scheduler to:

  • Send confirmation and reminder emails
  • Coordinate meeting activity

HubSpot processes information according to its own privacy practices, which are available on HubSpot’s website.

5. Google services

RivetPath uses the following Google services to operate its business:

  • Google Calendar
  • Google Meet
  • Google Workspace email

These services are used to create calendar events, conduct calls, and communicate with prospects and customers. Google processes information according to its own privacy practices.

6. Website hosting and service providers

RivetPath may share necessary information with service providers that help operate our website and business, including:

  • HubSpot
  • Google
  • Vercel, our website hosting provider
  • Professional advisers and contractors, when reasonably necessary
  • Future payment processors, only if and when a customer chooses to purchase services

RivetPath does not currently collect payment-card information through this website. RivetPath does not sell personal information, and does not use personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising or targeted advertising. If this changes in the future, this policy will be updated to reflect it.

7. Cookies and similar technologies

The RivetPath website may use essential technical storage required for security and functionality. Embedded third-party services, such as the HubSpot meeting scheduler, may use their own cookies or similar technology when you interact with them.

You can manage or disable cookies through your browser settings. Disabling necessary third-party storage may affect the functionality of the embedded scheduler.

8. Data retention

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to inquiries, maintain business and client records, provide services, resolve disputes, and satisfy legal, tax, accounting, and security obligations.

Transactional meeting and service communications, such as booking confirmations and reminders, may still be sent when necessary even if you decline marketing communications.

Optional marketing communications can be declined. You can request that marketing communications stop at any time by emailing kaleb@rivetpath.com or using an unsubscribe method provided in the communication.

12. Children's privacy

Our website and services are intended for businesses and adults, and are not directed toward children under 13. RivetPath does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

13. International visitors

RivetPath may operate remotely and use service providers located in the United States and other locations. If you visit our website or communicate with us from outside the United States, your information may be processed in countries with privacy laws that differ from those of your own country.
